Scope
These general terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between Hôtel-Restaurant de La Vue-des-Alpes and any person making a reservation. Any reservation implies the full and entire acceptance of these terms.
Booking
A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a written confirmation and/or guarantee by credit card or deposit. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any reservation in case of incorrect information or invalid guarantee.
Rates
Prices are indicated in CHF and include applicable legal taxes. The tourist tax may be invoiced separately. Rates vary according to the season, availability and special offers.
Payment
Accepted means of payment: major credit cards, cash (within legal limits) and other means indicated by the establishment. A pre-authorisation may be carried out before arrival.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in: from 2 p.m.
Check-out: until 11 a.m.
Late departure may incur additional charges.
Cancellation & refund policy
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival. After this deadline: 100 % of the stay will be invoiced. No-show: the booked stay or at minimum one night will be invoiced. Some special offers are neither modifiable nor refundable.
Stay conditions
The number of guests must match the reservation. Pets are accepted upon prior request and may incur a surcharge. The establishment is non-smoking.
Liability
The guest is responsible for any damage caused during their stay. The hotel declines all responsibility in case of loss, theft or damage of personal belongings.
Privacy policy
The Hotel processes personal data solely within the framework of reservation management and legal obligations. Data is neither sold nor transmitted to third parties without consent, except for legal obligation.
